By accessing or using CozyBreak, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

CozyBreak is a stress relief application providing interactive tools for relaxation and stress relief. The app includes both calm activities (cozy mode) and cathartic activities (rage mode).

3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer of CozyBreak from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation. This includes but is not limited to any claims arising from content you create, transmit, or receive through the app.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of CozyBreak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

5. Data Practices & Privacy

We believe in transparency about what data we collect:

• Local Storage: All your progress, scores, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.
• Feedback, Bug Reports & Sign-In: If you voluntarily submit feedback, report a bug, or sign in to the app, we may collect your name and email address. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry, enable account features, or improve the app.
• Analytics: We use analytics tools (such as PostHog) to understand how the app is used. Data collected may include country-level location (derived from IP via Cloudflare), device type, and app usage patterns. This data is used only to improve the app experience and is never sold.
• No Selling of Data: We do not and will never sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties.

6. Cookies & Tracking

The app may use minimal cookies or similar technologies solely for essential functionality (such as remembering your preferences). We do not use tracking for advertising purposes.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use CozyBreak for its intended purpose as a personal stress relief tool. You may not use the app to harm others or violate any laws.

8. Intellectual Property

The name CozyBreak, the app design, logos, and all related content are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app without permission.

9. Disclaimer

CozyBreak is provided “as is” without any warranties. While we strive to keep the app functional and enjoyable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
